He spent multiple, full days with us viewing homes, and he was patient and engaged the entire time. His knowledge, professionalism, and down-to-earth attitude made the whole process seamless. It made it easy and enjoyable for us to work with him directly, but also made it easier to work with everyone else (builder sales reps, construction managers, etc.). He represented us in our new home walkthrough that we weren't able to attend. Thomas meticulously worked through the home with the construction manager and found things beyond what was found during our home inspection.
