    I have been watching Thomas on Youtube for a couple years, leading up to our recent move to St Augustine. He surpassed all my expectations with buying a home. He was extremely personable and knew a ton about the area. I felt like with every conversation we were talking as friends. It never felt as this was a business transaction. With that said, everything was handled very professionally. Thomas and his team was on top of every corner and deadline. I never felt alone during the home buying process. Caitlin, transaction manager, updated me daily and was amazing to work with. During the closing process, Caitlin is who you want in your corner. The entire team was very accommodating. Thomas made sure we saw all the homes we wanted and worked around our schedule. This was an entirely different process from the last house we bought. We will use Thomas and his team for every real estate journey in the future!

After going through our options and discussing things with his lending partners, we decided the best option for us was a new build construction home in St. Augustine. Tom was super knowledgeable about the process of purchasing a new construction home. He knew even more than the sales reps. He was there for our walkthroughs, and he and his inspection partners made sure we got a good solid product at a great deal. I wouldn’t purchase a hone with anybody else.
